The room was far too small for 4 beds, I can't even imagine the chaos with three people, and the bathroom? damp and smelly. I'm absolutely baffled that no one offered a complimentary gesture for such inconvenience. I almost gave a good review, but i'm just too disappointed now.

The room was lovely and well-equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds making my stay enjoyable. Convenient check-in with a tablet minimized effort on arrival.

Though clean, the delay in receiving our extra bedding highlighted the lack of responsiveness from staff, which affected my overall experience.

great access to parks and museums for weekend walks

Had a great time with friends! The air conditioning kept us cool, and the tablet check-in made everything super easy. We enjoyed visiting the latest performances at Schauspielhaus and the vibrant local area. The beds were comfy and the room spacious enough for our group. Parking was well organized, so no hassle there!

One of our rooms wasn't properly vacuumed. It made the stay a bit uncomfortable initially, but we managed to make do.
